Lyle Muskat is a Toronto-based award-winning musician, singer/songwriter, and visual artist. He was classically trained in piano by renowned teacher Patricia Stuart. His love of composing was evidenced at the early age of 12 when he began writing his own music, both lyrical and instrumental. His professional career took off when he was 17 and began touring and recording with various artists. After Canadian icon Ronnie Hawkins heard one of Lyle’s recordings, Ronnie asked Lyle to go on tour as the piano player for The Hawks.
Throughout his touring career, Lyle has played alongside artists such as Bo Didley, B.J. Kramer, The Drifters, The Stamps and Charlie Hodge of The Elvis Presley Band, and African legend Pat Thomas, while Lyle was the keyboard player in the band Nakupenda. Lyle has 40 years of experience as a professional musician, songwriter, and producer.
